THE POLICY OF HARVEST BEIT MIDRASH® REGARDING CORONAVIRUS/COVID-19

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is contagious and believed to spread mainly from person-to-person. As a result, federal, state, and local governments, and federal and state agencies recommend social distancing.  

Harvest of the World Ministry dba Harvest Beit Midrash® has put into place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, Harvest Beit Midrash® cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with the COVID-19.  Specifically, Harvest Beit Midrash® will conduct temperature checks at the door and request all participants to maintain social distancing. Participants are required to wear a mask in the parking lot, hallways, restrooms, children’s department areas, and all other common areas.  Masks are not required while seated during the services. 

By attending any event held by or at Harvest Beit Midrash®, you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19, and voluntarily assume the risk that you and/or your family members may be exposed, and that exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death.  

Additionally, by attending any event held by or at Harvest Beit Midrash®, you attest to the following:

• That you have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 30 days

• That you do not currently have, nor have experienced, the following symptoms within the past 14 days: symptoms of fever, fatigue, dry cough, or difficulty breathing

• That you have not traveled out of the country within the last 30 days

In consideration of being allowed to attend any event held by or at Harvest Beit Midrash®, you appreciate the risks and knowingly, voluntarily, and freely assume all such risks, and release and hold Harvest Beit Midrash® harmless with respect to any personal injury, illness, disability, or death. You further agree to comply with the safety measures that Harvest Beit Midrash® has put into place to protect you and other participants.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND RELEASE HARVEST BEIT MIDRASH® FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR UNINTENTIONAL EXPOSURE OR HARM DUE TO COVID-19.
